Life Begins with ADHD is a coaching and support business, created to support adults who have recently received a diagnosis of ADHD or ASD (aka The Late Diagnosis Club) to come to terms with their condition and learn ways to manage it.
I am driven by my passion to help others accept and embrace their own “ADHD uniqueness” and be supported by people who understand the challenges it brings, so that my clients can do what they do best.
